Mark AI does not sell personal information for money, and we do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA").
When we provide our office-manager service to a business, we process information on that business's behalf as a service provider, using it only to provide the Service — not to sell or share it for our own purposes.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to direct a business not to sell or share your personal information. To submit a do-not-sell-or-share request to Mark AI, email support@markaioffice.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share" and include enough information for us to identify you. We will record your request and confirm it.
Where required by law, we honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) sent by your browser or device. If you enable GPC, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out of any sale or sharing for the browser or device from which the signal is sent.
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for proof that you gave them permission, and we may ask you to verify your own identity directly.
If your information was provided to Mark AI by a business that uses our Service (for example, because you are that business's customer), the business controls that data. Please direct your request to that business; we will support them in responding as required.
We will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide you a different level of quality because you exercised your privacy rights.
